Refund/Exchange/Shipping Policy
All sales are FINAL. If there is an issue with your order, you can contact us at support@happyendingtoy.com.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damaged item sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do NOT accept returns after 14 days of delivery.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Due to COVID-19 you may experience a delay in delivery from your local post office. This is out of our control. Shipping takes 2-7 business days after your order has been processed. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed.
